Conference organizers and sponsors offer travel bursaries and registration fee-waivers, so more people can participate of TEI 2024. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, as individual or institution, send us and email to hdlabconicet@gmail.com.
All authors of accepted papers are eligible to apply for travel bursaries offered by the TEI and the MEI. Applications will be received after the acceptance notification through an online form. The selection will be based on the needs of the applicants, as well as the quality of the abstract submitted to the conference.
The TEI is offering one bursary of 1,000 USD and the MEI is offering two bursaries of 500 euros each.
Thanks to individual sponsors we are able to offer two registration fee-waivers for participants from Latin America and Argentina. Anyone who aims at actively participating in the conference can apply (not only presenters). Applications will be received through an online form that will be made available in due time. The selection will be based on the applications presented.The Program Committee will be in charge of the selection process in order to guarantee equity and transparency. News and updates in travel bursaries and registration fee-waivers will be posted in the TEI and MEI mailing list and social media.
